REFUND POLICY
Notice of all cancellations must be received in writing. Before July 10 2022, if you must cancel your registration, there are two options available to you:
1) Your registration fees may be refunded (less a $30.00 administration fee)
2) Your registration may be transferred to a colleague within your organization if you are unable to attend (less a $5 administration fee)
As of July 10, 2022, there will be no refunds. No-shows forfeit the full registration fee. Please send your cancellation requests to Jillian Kennedy at symposium@mano-ramo.ca
DARC and its partners in the gathering reserve the right to amend or cancel the event. Please note that in the event of a forced cancellation as mandated by the Federal or Provincial Government due to COVID-19, all registrations will be reimbursed in full.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will not reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs related to the event.

Toute annulation doit être envoyée par écrit. Avant le 10 juillet 2022, si vous devez annuler votre inscription, deux options s’offrent à vous :
1) Vos frais d’inscription peuvent être remboursés (moins 30,00 $ de frais administratifs).
2) Votre inscription peut être transférée à un collègue de votre organisation si vous ne pouvez pas participer (moins 5 $ de frais d’administration).
À partir du 10 juillet 2022, il n’y aura plus de remboursement. Les personnes qui ne se présentent pas perdent la totalité des frais d’inscription. Veuillez envoyer vos demandes d’annulation à Jillian Kennedy à symposium@mano-ramo.ca.
DARC et ses partenaires du rassemblement se réservent le droit de modifier ou d’annuler l’événement. Veuillez noter qu’en cas d’annulation forcée par le gouvernement fédéral ou provincial en raison de COVID-19, toutes les inscriptions seront remboursées en totalité.
En cas d’annulation ou de report, nous ne rembourserons pas les frais de voyage, d’hébergement ou autres frais liés à l’événement.
